3 Service Appointments

Customers can book appointments through our website, phone, or email. We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. However, due to traffic, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, slight delays may occur.

For home or office visits, an additional travel fee may apply, as stated in our Pricing Policy.

4 Pricing and Payments

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but you will always be informed of the final estimate before work begins.

Note: The diagnostic fee is adjustable toward the total repair cost if service continues.

5 Diagnosis and Estimates

CompMasters will provide an estimated cost after diagnosing your device. If additional issues are discovered during the repair process, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Estimates are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

6 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Backing up important data before service
  • Providing accurate information regarding the device and issues
  • Ensuring access to the device during scheduled appointments

CompMasters will not be liable for loss of data or files that were not backed up prior to service.

7 Data Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously. All data and personal information shared with us during service will be treated with strict confidentiality and used only for service-related purposes.

8 Parts and Warranty

We use high-quality and genuine parts whenever available. All repairs performed by CompMasters are covered under a 30-day limited service warranty, unless stated otherwise.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Software issues, viruses, or data loss after service
  • Repairs tampered with by a third party
  • Normal wear and tear

Replacement parts carry only the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.

9 Liability Disclaimer

  • Data loss or software corruption
  • Hardware damage caused by prior issues or external interference
  • Delays due to unavailability of parts or supplier delays

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

10 Cancellations and Refunds

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice.

Diagnostic or home visit fees are non-refundable once the technician has arrived.

Refunds for completed repairs are only issued if the issue reoccurs within the warranty period and cannot be resolved.

11 Remote Support Disclaimer

Remote support sessions require internet access and customer consent to allow remote control of the system. CompMasters is not responsible for connectivity issues or third-party software malfunctions during or after a remote session.

12 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CompMasters be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use repaired devices
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Third-party interference or tampering

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the repair service in question.

13 Intellectual Property

All website content, text, images, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of CompMasters and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
